It reaches up to 18 meters in height.
It produces beautiful, silvery, bristly needles that are soft to the touch.
The needles smell of apples when crushed.
The egg-shaped cones attract attention with their interesting color and unusual scales.

It prefers a sunny location.

Seed Handling Instructions:
Seeds require stratification. To stratify, soak the seeds in room-temperature water for approximately 24 hours, then mix with moist sand or peat and refrigerate for 30–60 days.
Seeds can also be sown outdoors in autumn, where the stratification process will occur naturally in the soil.
The seeds require well-drained, light soil, preferably a peat and sand mixture.
Sow at a depth of approximately 0.5–1 cm.
Maintain constant moisture, but avoid overwatering.
Provide a bright and warm location, but avoid direct sunlight.
SEEDS ARE INTENDED FOR SOWING ONLY!
