Viburnum prunifolium

Viburnum prunifolium is a shrub native to North America. It grows to a height of 3-5 meters.

The plant has medicinal properties!

The white flowers, gathered in inflorescences up to 10 cm in diameter, bloom in late May and early June. The plant is melliferous.

The edible, very tasty, navy-black drupes with a heavy bloom ripen in late September and early October. The fruit can be used to make marmalades, juices, jams, or decoctions.

The green, elliptical, regularly serrated leaves, up to 8 cm long, turn brownish-red in autumn.

Extracts from the bark, roots, flowers, and fruit of Viburnum prunifolium have antispasmodic, soothing, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Viburnum prunifolium has no special soil requirements. It prefers sunny or partly sunny locations. Frost- and drought-resistant.

Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.

The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.

Seed Handling Instructions:
