Clerodendron trichotonum
Clerodendron trichotonum is a shrub native to China and Japan. In our climate, it reaches approximately 2 meters in height.
The flowers are decorative, white-red, and clustered in large panicles. During the flowering period, they are densely covered with inflorescences. It blooms at the turn of August and September.
The fruit is a spherical berry, with dark blue berries when ripe.
The leaves are dark green, ovate, pointed, and large, up to 20 cm long, turning red in autumn.
Clerodendron trichotonum requires fertile and moist soil. It prefers sunny or partially sunny, sheltered locations.
Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.
The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.
Seed Handling Instructions:
Soak the seeds for 48 hours in lukewarm water, then stratify. To stratify the seeds, mix them with moist soil and place them in the refrigerator for approximately 4 months. After this process, sow the seeds indoors. The soil should be fertile, well-drained, and constantly slightly moist, with a neutral or alkaline pH. Cover the seeds with a layer of soil and provide a warm location.
SEEDS ARE INTENDED FOR SOWING ONLY!
