Coffea arabica

Coffea arabica is a low-growing tree native to the mountains of Yemen on the Arabian Peninsula.

In our climate, it reaches approximately 1 meter in height.

The flowers are decorative, white, and fragrant. It blooms in late July and early August.

The fruits are dark red, glossy, and similar in shape to cherries.

The leaves are green, lacentate, leathery, glossy, and large, evergreen.

Coffea arabica requires humus-rich, slightly acidic soil. It prefers sunny or partly sunny locations.
