Albizia odoratissima is a fast-growing deciduous tree native to India.

The leaves are bipinnate and fluffy.

The flowers are fragrant, white to pale orange, and appear in large, terminal clusters.

The ripe pods are reddish-brown, thin, and flat.

It tolerates a wide range of soil types, but performs best in moist, well-drained, clayey soils.
