Tecoma stans
Tecoma stans is a species of flowering perennial shrub in the vine family. It is native to the southern United States and Argentina.
It reaches up to 10 meters in height.
The leaves are glabrous on both sides, have a lanceolate blade and a pointed tip.
The large, showy, yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers are clustered at the ends of the branches. They attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The flower corolla is bell-shaped or funnel-shaped.
The narrow capsule-shaped fruits grow from two pistils and reach up to 25 cm in length.
Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.
The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.
Seed Handling Instructions:
Prepare a loose, well-drained substrate (e.g., a peat and sand mixture), sow the seeds approximately 3 cm deep, lightly tamp them down, and water regularly at a temperature of 18-25°C.
