Caesalpinia Pulcherrima

Caesalpinia Pulcherrima is a shrub or small tree in the Caesalpinia family, probably native to the Antilles.

It grows from 3 to 6 meters tall.

Leaves are bipinnate and alternate.

Bright red, long-stalked flowers in straight clusters. The style and stamens are slightly curved upwards and extend up to 10 cm from the flower.

The fruit are flat brown pods that split in two.

Prefers a sunny or partly sunny location.

Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.

The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.

Seed Handling Instructions:

Soak the seeds in warm water for 24 hours, and before soaking, gently file them. Then sow them in light, well-drained soil to a depth of about 1 cm, maintaining a constant temperature of about 25°C and soil moisture. Once the seedlings have emerged, provide them with a bright location, but protect them from drafts.

SEEDS ARE INTENDED FOR SOWING ONLY!
