Annona squamosa

Annona squamosa is a small, well-branched tree or shrub in the Aceraceae family.

It is native to the tropical regions of the Antilles.

It reaches up to 8 meters in height.

The leaves are thin, simple, alternate, rounded at the base and pointed at the tip.

They are pale green on both surfaces and usually hairless with slight hairs on the underside when young.

The flowers are greenish-yellow, solitary or in short lateral clusters.

The round or heart-shaped fruit, known as sugar apples, is edible with an aromatic flavor and is eaten raw or as preserves.

Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.

The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs. Seed Handling Instructions:

Soak the seeds in water for 1-3 days to facilitate germination.

Fill the pots with well-draining soil and place the seeds on the surface, watering gently. Do not cover the seeds with soil.

Place the pot in a warm, sunny location.

Keep the soil consistently moist.

SEEDS ARE FOR SOWING ONLY!
