Cotoneaster horizontalis
Cotoneaster horizontalis is a spreading shrub growing up to 60 cm tall.
The red fruit remains on the shoots for a long time, even into winter.
The leaves are dark green, turning orange and red in autumn.
The flowers are white or pink, blooming in late May and early June.
Cotoneaster horizontalis can be pruned and shaped in various ways and is suitable for bonsai.
The plant can be planted on slopes, squares, slopes, flower beds, and can also be grown as a potted plant. It prefers sunny or lightly shaded locations.
Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, as well as a plant passport, if required.
The seeds we offer are of high quality and are intended for both nurseries and amateurs.
Seed Handling Instructions:
Stratify the seeds by chilling them twice for 2-3 months at a temperature of approximately 20-25°C, followed by 2-3 months at 3-5°C. Once stratification is complete, sow the seeds in light soil, lightly covering them and maintaining moderate moisture.
