Rosa multiflora
Rosa multiflora is a shrub native to East Asia.
It grows up to 2.5 meters tall.
The leaves are dark green and glossy, turning yellow and orange in autumn.
The flowers are small, white, five-petaled, and fragrant with honey, gathered in paniculate inflorescences. They bloom in June.
The ornamental, red fruit persists on the shrub long after flowering.
Rosa multiflora requires fertile, moist soil and prefers a sunny or partly sunny location.
The plant is frost-hardy, but it is recommended to protect the base of the shrub in winter.
Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN requirements, and a plant passport, if required.
The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.
Seed Handling Instructions:
Stratify the seeds – mix the seeds with moist sand and peat and place the container in the refrigerator for a few weeks. Once the seeds have finished stratifying, sow them into the ground 1-2 cm deep. Alternatively, you can sow them in containers with potting mix and maintain a constant humidity and temperature of around 20°C (68°F).
If you don't stratify, you can sow the seeds directly into the ground before winter, in a sheltered location.
SEEDS ARE INTENDED FOR SOWING ONLY!
