Andrographis paniculata is an annual plant in the Acanthus family. It is native to South Asia.
It grows from 30 cm to 110 cm tall.
Green, lanceolate leaves.
Small, light purple flowers.
The plant is used in herbal medicine. The leaves and underground stems are used to make herbal remedies.

The fruit of the Andrographis paniculata resemble berries and measure up to 2 cm in diameter.
