Valued for its flavor and health benefits, it grows up to 3 meters tall.
The leaves are soft to the touch, green or dark green, single, broad, and arranged alternately, with serrated edges, and are 5 to 15 cm long.
The fruit are seed capsules up to 6 cm in size.
The flowers are small, 2-3 in groups, growing in the leaf axils.
Every order is accompanied by a receipt or (upon request) an invoice, a delivery note compliant with WIORiN (Polish Chamber of Plant Health and Inspection), and a plant passport, if required.
The seeds we offer are of high quality and intended for both nurseries and amateurs.
Seed Handling Instructions:
Soak the seeds in warm water for approximately 24 hours before sowing.
Prepare a light, well-draining soil mix. Place the swollen seeds in the soil. Don't cover them with too much soil – a light covering is sufficient.
The seeds require warmth. The ideal temperature is above 20°C (68°F).
Keep the soil constantly moist, but not wet. You can cover the pot with plastic wrap or glass to maintain high humidity, remembering to air it daily.
Provide a bright location, but not direct, bright sunlight, which could dry out the seeds.
SEEDS ARE INTENDED FOR SOWING ONLY!
