Pistacia vera

Pistacia vera is a species of pistachio belonging to the family Narenaceae. It comes from the border of Central Asia and Asia Minor.
It reaches 5-7 m in height.
Pinnate leaves, composed of 1-5 ovate leaflets. In autumn they turn red-yellow.
Red flowers, gathered in a short panicle.
The fruit is an oval, red and fleshy drupe, similar to an olive, called a pistachio nut or commonly a pistachio.
The seed is yellowish to greenish in color.
