Parkinsonia anculeata

The leaves are small, set in two rows on both sides of a strongly flattened leaf petiole.
The flowers are fragrant, yellow, with orange spots on the upper petal of the corolla, clustered in inflorescences of several pieces.
The fruit is a pod usually containing 2-3 seeds.
