Melilotus Indicus

Melilotus Indicus  is a plant from the Fabaceae family. It occurs in Africa, Asia and Europe.
It reaches up to 50 cm in height.
Melilots are cultivated as forage plants.
Leaves are green, with lanceolate leaflets that can reach 1-2 cm in length and 3-5 mm in width.
Inflorescences gathered in clusters, with small but very diverse flowers, always yellow in color. After the flowers, fruits appear, which are a small, round legume with stripes, from a single seed.
