Magnolia sieboldii

Magnolia sieboldii is a low tree, originating from the Far East. In our climate conditions it reaches about 4 meters in height.

Flowers white with a dark center, up to 12 cm in diameter, fragrant. It blooms at the turn of June and August!

Fruit red, with a shape from obovate to ellipsoid.

Leaves blue-green, ovate, turn yellow in autumn.

Magnolia sieboldii requires moist, humus, fertile, slightly acidic soil. It prefers semi-sunny locations. Resistant to frost.
