Gleditsia triacanthos

Gleditsia triacanthos is a tree that in our climate reaches up to 30 meters in height!

Flowers are greenish-yellow, melliferous, fragrant. It blooms from the beginning of June.

Feathery leaves, up to 25 cm long, turn yellow and orange in autumn.

Fruits in the shape of pods, up to 40 cm long remain on the tree throughout the winter.

Suitable for a trimmed hedge!

The plant is very resistant to frost.

It has no soil requirements, grows in both sunny and shaded places.
