Ficus religiosa

Ficus religiosa is a species of plant in the mulberry family. It comes from tropical areas of Asia.
It reaches up to 30 meters in height.
Leaves dark green, alternate, arranged spirally, ovate, shiny, pink when young, heart-shaped bases.
Flowers unisexual.
Fruits are rounded figs, with a green flat top, up to 1.5 cm in diameter. Smooth, ripening to purple with red dots.
