Cotoneaster horizontalis

Cotoneaster horizontalis is a spreading shrub growing up to 60 cm in height.

Red fruit, stays on the shoots for a long time, even into winter.

Dark green leaves, turning orange and red in autumn.

White or pink flowers, bloom at the turn of May and June.

Cotoneaster can be freely pruned and shaped, suitable for bonsai.

The plant can be planted on slopes, squares, escarpments, flower beds and grown as a potted plant. It prefers sunny or slightly shaded places.
