Cornus alternifolia

Cornus alternifolia is a tree or tall shrub, native to North America. In our climate, it reaches about 6 meters in height.

Creamy, fragrant flowers, gathered in raised inflorescences. It blooms at the turn of May and June.

Blue-black drupes, gathered in clusters.

Dark green, shiny, broadly ovate leaves, turn orange or red in autumn.
Cornus alternifolia requires fertile, moderately moist soil. It prefers sunny or semi-sunny locations. Frost-resistant.
