Cedrus deodara

Cedrus deodara is a woody plant with a spreading habit and a conical crown, derived as its name from the Himalayas. In our conditions of use, it reaches about 20 meters in height.
Fruits are cylindrical cones, up to 12 cm long.
The needles are blue-green, gathered in bunches of 25-30 pieces.

The plant is suitable for bonsai!

Cedrus deodara requires slightly acidic, permeable and fertile soil. It prefers a sunny or semi-sunny, sheltered position. Resistant to frost.
