Antigonon leptopus

Antigonon leptopus is an extremely decorative vine from the knotweed family. It occurs naturally in Mexico and Central America.

It reaches up to 15 meters in height.

Very aromatic flowers, gathered in clusters, develop in the corners of the shoots or at their tops.

The leaves are oval to oval-triangular in shape. They have a heart-shaped base and a sharp apex.

The fruits are achenes with a triangular shape.
