Abrus precatorius

Abrus precatorius is a green flowering plant from the legume family. It comes from Asia and Australia.
It grows to 10 m in height.
Leaves opposite, pinnate, oblong or lanceolate.
Flowers papilionaceous, purple
The fruit is a pod containing scarlet-red seeds with a black spot.
Abrus precatorius prefers well-drained soil, but tolerates most types.
