Pistacia chinensis

Pistacia chinensis is a small, decorative tree, coming from China, as the name suggests. In our climatic conditions, it reaches a small height, about 2 meters.

The plant is suitable for Bonsai!

Fragrant, red flowers, gathered in panicles. It blooms at the turn of May and June.

Edible fruit, spherical pistachios, blue when ripe.

The leaves are pinnate, dark green in summer, turning orange-red in autumn.

Pistacia chinensis requires fertile, permeable soil. It prefers sunny positions.
